No time for a full "Track & Tour?" Short on cash? Then choose a "Track Snack". Ride the legendary Mugello Track. Stay in a 15th century Tuscan villa that's also an olive oil farm. Our favorite breakfast spot of all our trips and that's saying something. Perfect place to bring along a date as well. As you go round and round on the same piece of pavement they can explore Tuscany, Florence and the sun by the pool. As our old Italian friend Sergio Ballario says, "It's not so bad". Be sure to let the kitchen know if you plan to stay for dinner. Market fresh meals prepared each night so get your order in. Did we mention there is a rest day included after your 3 track days? Gotta soak in some Tuscan sun or schedule a massage.

It’s time to do your first day on Mugello. You will be assigned a coach who will follow and video your progress each day. Today it’s about getting used to the dancing rhythm of Mugello. You also are getting used to the BMW S1000RR. The track surface is excellent and the facilities are top notch. Take a moment to realize you are actually there at Mugello, Italy’s most famous motorcycle circuit.
Meet us and the track and get suited up. Expect some hot temperatures so your included custom VnM Sport top is going to come in handy. Follow your coaches constant reminder and drink plenty of water or you will get mentally fuzzy. Today it’s about boosting your speed and braking earlier but softer.
It’s time to put it all together with some interesting body position strategies from your coach. Your lap times are dropping and your speeds are rising. You are starting to get a glimpse of what it’s like to ride this course on a MotoGP machine. Perhaps you will want to celebrate with a honking big Bistecca ala Fiorentia (T-Bone Steak Florence Style). It goes very well with the local red wine and your body will need the protein.
We've just done 3 days of track time and we've got a long ride ahead of us to get back to Munich. Time to recharge in the Tuscan sun at our sumptuous villa. Try an afternoon trip to Sambucca pass if you simply can't stay still.
Time to head out to your next destination... who knows where you'll go?
